RECEIPT OF GRAPES.
Every year we made a harvesting calendar which selects the terrains according to their optimum ripeness. The picking of the grapes is done manually and before being unloaded they go through a quality control as well as several analysis of our grape juice, this makes that year after year the wines continue to keep this great feature of quality and trust.
Our modern facilities are equipped with the latest and most advanced technology in the wine sector. Modernity, tradition and know-how, are the perfect combination for the elaboration of our wines.
We have a capacity to produce over one million liters of wine. We have stainless steel deposits, all computerized, which perform the fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28 º C for a period of 15 to 20 days. Thanks to this wide range of possibilities, we individually make wine from different grapes depending on their quality and vineyard of origin.
